Fun Fitness

I have to tell you all about my night saturday. A friend of mine thought it would be fun to have a dodge ball party. We rented the local high school gym for about 4 hours. 20 brave souls showed up, some even dressed up like in the dodge ball movie. We had way too much fun, everyone felt like a kid again just laughing and being goofy. After several hours we had to switch to kick ball because our arms were getting wore out.

This experience brings up a big point; everyone thinks of exercise as going to the gym or jogging. Any sport or activity will help burn calories and get you in shape. Just ask anyone who was at the dodge ball party the other night, we were all tired that night and sore the next day. I know some muscles I forgot I had let me know they were there the next day! Have fun and be creative. The more fun you have, the greater the chance you will stick with workingout.

The Plan

It occurred to me that I should post my plan for world domination (oh sorry wrong site), for attaining the Renegade Lifestyle.

Ultimate Goal:

  1. Business-Create my own business on and offline that creates a million+ in revenue yearly. This will be occomplished in 5 years. This business will consist of blogs, nutrition, and information products. I will change a million lives, providing instruction and products to acheive a healthy and wealthy lifestyle.
  2. Personal- To spend 50%+ of my time with family and friends (4 years). Including frequent trips and adventures. To create a heart healthy body that is fit and aerobically sound. As part of this I would get my weight down to 240 or below (1 year).

My first steps in this process was to create this blog and a website http://www.renegadelifestyle.com/ offering information products on creating information businesses. I truely believe the internet and information products in general are the best and cheapest way to start your own home based business. The best part is the ability to automate your business, freeing you up for lifes adventures.

First Day of a New Life

Today is an exciting day! You see, I have been struggling through life for some time now. Today I start the journey to drastically change things and live a life of adventure.

I have acheived what some would consider success; earning degrees in massage therapy, physical therapy, and business. Unfortunately, nothing has brought the kind of life that I was hoping for. I chose these pursuits because they were safe and I had some interest in them. I have not had the courage to step out of my comfort zone and follow my heart. Over the years I have become an information junkie looking for the next promise of quick and easy success.

I however missed the main point of all this information, you have to take action to be successful. Paralysis of analysis has been my main problem. I have always been taught it is bad to fail, so everytime I try a business of my own I stop short for fear of failing. I have finaly discovered it is not bad to fail, as long as you learn from the experience. If you look at any really successful person, the main commonalities are failing several times and the ability to take fast action.

So I am changing how I approach life and breaking through the fear. I would like to invite you to join me in this ride, it shoulde be an exciting one! It is my hope that you will get as much out of this trip as I intend to........Yours in Success!
