Fun Fitness

I have to tell you all about my night saturday. A friend of mine thought it would be fun to have a dodge ball party. We rented the local high school gym for about 4 hours. 20 brave souls showed up, some even dressed up like in the dodge ball movie. We had way too much fun, everyone felt like a kid again just laughing and being goofy. After several hours we had to switch to kick ball because our arms were getting wore out.

This experience brings up a big point; everyone thinks of exercise as going to the gym or jogging. Any sport or activity will help burn calories and get you in shape. Just ask anyone who was at the dodge ball party the other night, we were all tired that night and sore the next day. I know some muscles I forgot I had let me know they were there the next day! Have fun and be creative. The more fun you have, the greater the chance you will stick with workingout.
